Dave Matthew makes history. Crowned O70 National Champion

Truro’s own Dave Matthew has reached a historic milestone, securing the Over-70s National Championship title after defeating rival Rob Ballingall in a clinical final performance. This victory officially makes Matthew the most successful player to ever represent Truro.

Following his national success, Matthew has been called up to represent England in the Home Internationals in Aberdeen next month. He enters the tournament with high hopes of captaining the side to a collective victory.
