Two weekends ago, the National Squash Championships 2025 took place at Colets Health Club in London, marking the final qualifying event of the season. Truro players put in outstanding performances, and we have some historic news to share!

Dave Matthew secured a semi-final finish in the O70s, confirming his place in the England squad with a final ranking of No. 4!
Mark Campen-Howarth battled through the early rounds before taking the No. 3 seed to a close four-game thriller, finishing in the Top 10 in England.
Deputy-Chair Tim Smith fought through the early rounds before being stopped by the England No. 1 and new National Champion, securing 6th place in the rankings and earning his England selection!

A massive congratulations to Dave and Tim, who become the first Truro players in nearly 50 years to be selected for England!
